Speaker Guidelines
Congratulations on being accepted to present at the 2011 NETInc Conference. We are excited that you are part of the program. This page is designed to provide information that will help guide you throughout your process as a speaker. The first tool at your disposal is the TAPPI Author Kit. The author kit provides guidelines to help you prepare your extended abstract and powerpoint presentation. It also details TAPPI's commercialism and anti-trust guidelines.
In order to meet the growing needs of TAPPI members & conference speakers, TAPPI has developed an on-line Speaker Management System that facilitates the submission process. All documents including written manuscripts, powerpoints, & speaker bios should be uploaded to the Speaker Management System.
How to Upload Documents in Speaker Management
AUTHOR DEADLINES
- August 1 - Upload License Agreement to be included in the conference proceedings
- August 1 - Upload Draft Extended Abstract for Session Chair to review
- August 8 - Upload Draft PowerPoint Presentation for Session Chair to review
- August 15 - Upload Final Extended Abstract for TAPPI Antitrust Review
- August 22 - Upload Final PowerPoint Presentation for TAPPI Antitrust Review
Extended Abstracts should be a minimum of two pages. The extended abstract should include:

Please remember that as a Speaker you should register at the heavily discounted speaker full conference rate. If you are a Speaker and will only be attending on the day of your presentation you are eligible to register at the speaker single day rate. Please contact cmckinney@tappi.org with any questions.
