Session Chair Guidelines

Thank you for participating as a Session Chair at the TAPPI NETInc Conference. We are excited that you are part of the program. This page is designed to provide information that will help guide you throughout your process as a session chair. The first tool at your disposal is the TAPPI Author Kit. The author kit details TAPPI's commercialism and anti-trust guidelines.

In order to meet the growing needs of TAPPI members & conference speakers, TAPPI has developed an on-line Speaker Management System that facilitates the submission process. All documents including written manuscripts, powerpoints, & speaker bios should be uploaded to the Speaker Management System by the authors in your session. Each Session Chair will need to go into the system to review each manuscript and PowerPoint Presentation in his/her session. Once a document has been reviewed please set the review status to Approved, Denied or Revisions Requested. This needs to be completed for each item that is assigned in your "My Reviews" area in the system, for your session.
